Project Description
Connor Holmes was engaged (as a sub-consultant to KPMG) to lead the land use team in the development of the 30 Year Plan for Greater Adelaide for the Department of Planning and Local Government. In addition, Connor Holmes developed consultation strategies and led and managed Local Government consultations.
Service Provided
Services included the provision of expert advice, the preparation of technical analysis and an evidence base to support the key land use metrics in the drafting of the plan. This included the establishment of regional targets (population, housing and employment etc) and spatial directions for strategic growth and development.
